My approach to therapy is integrative – I flexibly utilize therapeutic approaches and interventions based on what my clients hope to achieve through therapy. I am a first-generation immigrant from China who grew up in the Bay Area. I have 10+ years of experience working in various clinical settings, including university and community college counseling centers, community mental health agencies, and a residential substance abuse treatment facility. 

I specialize treatment in the following areas: Identity development, self-esteem, immigrant and minority mental health, college mental health, adjustment, workplace distress, career indecision, relationships and communication, trauma, depression, anxiety, gaming-specific concerns, and gaming addiction.
