What types of services do you offer?
I provide individual tele-psychotherapy (video sessions) to adult residents (ages 18+) of California, USA. I do not offer in-person services. I can provide services in English and in Mandarin Chinese.
What happens after I contact you?
I (Dr. Shi) will contact you to set up a free 15-minute phone consultation where we discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, answer questions you may have, share information about my practice, and assess whether I can provide the support you are looking for. If we mutually decide to move forward, I will send you initial paperwork to complete electronically, and we will schedule an initial consultation session where we explore your concerns and background in more depth. By the end of the initial consultation session, if we feel that we are a good match, we can then schedule ongoing sessions to continue our work.
When are your practice hours?
My practice hours are weekdays from 5-7 PM.
